I want to explain a few of the features my website has for searching for homes in the Chico area.  They will help to make your home search more productive. Visit www.ryanvaught.com and follow the steps I give below:

Compare Favorites Feature:
Once you click on a red link on the right hand side (i.e. Ryan's Listings) you will be brought to a page with a list of listings.  At the top of this list on the right hand side there is a link that reads ?compare favorites'.  

In order to compare favorites you simply click on the little box next to the address of the properties you are interested in comparing.  You can compare as many or as few as you want at a time.  Once you click on the little box the box will turn green.  When you are ready to see the comparison, simply click on the link at the top of all of the listings that says ?compare favorites' and it will bring up a new page that compares the properties (i.e. price, square footage, price per square foot, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, etc.)  ?

View Map Feature:
If you click on a property that you are interested in you will be brought to a page that has more details on the property.  One great feature to try out is the ?view map' feature located at the top of the page on the right hand side.  If you click on this link you will see a Google map that shows where the property is located in Chico.  This feature can be especially helpful if you are looking to buy a home in a specific area in Chico or you just want to get an idea of where the house is located.  If you want, you can zoom in/zoom out to see the neighborhood and area better.  You can also drag around the map to see surrounding properties.
