The final walk-thru is your final opportunity as the home buyers for you to be certain that the home you purchased is in the same or similar condition as it was on the date of the initial contract. The final walk- thru is not to be used as another home inspection or a tool to renegotiate items at the closing table.
Use this list as a general overview of things to consider and double check as you do the final walk-thru. You may want to add/delete things from this list as pertinent to your specific home.
